House of Moon K9 began with a love for animals and a passion for helping them thrive. Back in 2011, I started off pet sitting, working closely with dogs of all personalities and backgrounds. Over time, my clients began noticing something special: many of the dogs in my care, particularly rescues, were returning home more confident and better behaved. They saw the positive changes in their dogs and began asking if I would officially train them.
At first, I hadn’t considered a career in dog training, but hearing this feedback from my clients sparked a deep interest. I wanted to understand the science behind canine behavior and the techniques that could help dogs succeed, so I decided to pursue formal education in dog training. From there, House of Moon K9 was born—a place where I could blend my love for animals with proven, compassionate training methods to help dogs and their owners create their best lives together.
